Minister Celso de Mello announced on Thursday (21) that he will take a decision on the publication of the ministerial meeting of President Jair Bolsonaro (without party) until 5 pm on Friday (22).
According the G1, the advice of the Supreme Minister announced the deadline for his decision.
Former Minister of Justice and Public Security, Sergio Moro, said in resigning that he was pressured by Bolsonaro at the ministerial meeting on April 22 to change the command of the Federal Police (PF). For the former judge of Lava Jato, Bolsonaro intended to make exchanges in the PF for political purposes. Moro defends the publication of the entire meeting.
The President of the Republic denies the accusation and says that he talked to Moro only about details of his personal safety and that of his family. Bolsonaro defends the partial publication of the content.
The disclosure of the registration of this ministerial meeting is one of the points of the inquiry that is reported by Celso de Mello in the STF on Moro's complaints. The process was opened after the request of the Attorney General's Office (PGR).
