Days after co-hosting the 2019 Country Music Association Awards, Reba McEntire announced his return to the stage for a spring arena tour in 2020. The trek will begin March 20 in Evansville, Indiana, and will last until May 9.
Newbie Caylee Hammack will serve as an opener. Tickets will be sold from November 19 to fan club members and Citi members.
"I've always enjoyed having fun and having fun so I don't get thrilled to get back on the road and sing to the fans every night," McEntire said in a statement. "We have so many talented women creating new songs and getting Caylee to join us will be a lot of fun!"
Hammack shared his thrill of opening up to his idol in 2020 in an animated video message to your fans posted on social media.
"I just got amazing news and I can't process it," Hammack said in a video message. “I'm going down the road with a woman who is just one of those unique storytellers that's all the reason why I make country music. She's redhead, she's moody, she's the lady in the red dress. This is Reba McEntire! I have to open myself to my idol this year. Super excited for 2020! "
