Watching an exciting movie at night is a preferred way for many people to relax after a long day at work.
They are eager to get home, have dinner, and then sit down for fun.
After hours of watching television, they decide to give themselves up at night and, instead of falling asleep, spend the next few hours rolling around in bed, suffering from insomnia.
When we watch something exciting or exciting on television, our adrenaline goes up, and it becomes difficult to calm us down to a point where sleep comes easily.
