Katy Perry left some tips on what fans can expect from her next album, Smile, in a game of “Finish the Sentence” with The Sunday Times Style.
As the name of the game indicates, the singer answered a variety of questions at home, ending the sentences that were given to her.
“I would describe my new album as hopeful, tough, happy and my own journey to hell,” said Perry in the video, which was uploaded to YouTube on Friday (July 31).
“The song that best sums up my life now would probably be ‘Smile’ or the last track on my album, called ‘What Makes a Woman’, because I’m going through very, very feminine things right now,” added the pregnant pop star.
Some sentencing requests prompted brilliant Perry to talk more about his pregnancy.
“Being pregnant is incredible, because my level of appreciation for women has grown exponentially and has given me a powerful feeling, as if I could do this while still creating another life,” she explained. “I feel very powerful.”
“2020: challenging, but the best year, because I received the best gift,” she said, holding her belly.
