Avengers: Endgame returns this week with a new scene on post-credits.
On Wednesday, March 19, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige confirmed that “Avengers: Endgame” returns to theaters this week (in fact, the movie is still in full swing in many places) with a version that brings six extra minutes.
And what can we expect? “If you stay and watch after the credits, there will be a deleted scene, a little tribute and a few surprises,” Feige said in an interview with the comic book.
“It’s not an extended version, but it will have some new things at the end of the movie. believe that the deleted scene would be that of Katherine Langford (“13 Reasons Why”) in the role of Tony Stark’s daughter Morgan Stark as a teenager.
The Russo brothers themselves admitted that this sequence existed and was removed because it seemed confusing in the original issue.
The tribute would be, of course, to Stan Lee. Although there are memories of his death in the initial projection, this new tribute would be more elaborate, as there was more time for creating something to the most prominent creator of Marvel Comics.
Now, in the matter of surprises, the thing evolves into hundreds of speculations.
There are those who believe that we will have an idea of what the “Eternals” are; others say that we can see something from the cosmic corner, like Nova; and there are those who swear we’ll catch a glimpse of Doctor Destiny, Silver Surfer or Wolverine – already connecting the Marvel Movie Universe (MCU) with the properties that were with Fox.
The movie returns with bonuses on Friday (28) even if this strategy should serve to surpass the highest grossing film, which is still with “Avatar” with $ 2.78 billion.
“Avengers: Endgame” is about $40 million of this historic brand and with that re-release is likely to take that position. Besides, it makes all sense for the MCU, because of next week premiere (4) “Spider-Man: Far From Home” – and we know that the end of the film of the Greatest Heroes on Earth has a significant impact on the next plot of the Spider-Man flick. “Avengers: Endgame” with bonus comes to theaters on Friday (28) and has already been confirmed in Europe, but there is still no date for debut here.
